Java Jack’s Restaurant and Gallery is proud to provide to its staff the opportunity to learn and advance.
Four members of our culinary team have been registered in the Apprenticeship program under the careful guidance of Chef Bernice, Tim, Chris, Scot and Brandon are past the first stage of their program toward achieving their Journeyman papers.
Additionally, several of our hospitality staff had the opportunity to complete a project in their field of studies. Aimee computed the nutritional analysis for several of our baked goods such that our own baked muffins can claim high in protein and high in fibre. Katherine completed a project in an attempt to improve water drainage in the organic garden.
