MEET OUR EXECUTIVE CHEF

BERNICE HOLLETT

Chef Bernice is a native Newfoundlander hailing from Arnold’s Cove, NL. Right out of high school, she left home to pursue Culinary Arts at the prestigious Culinary Institute of Canada (Holland College) in PEI. She holds an Interprovincial Red Seal as well as a Ship Cook Certification. She has 20 years of expertise in fine dining, pastry arts, banquets and catering. She is HACCP & Food Safety trained and is a Medical First Responder.
While she will tell you that her mission is to treat all our guests to a delicious experience, she delights in being able to train and inspire new chef apprentices.
This season, expect that Chef Bernice will be showcasing some new ideas....
