In cooperation with Bonne Bay Cottage Hospital, I’m offering a workshop on pickles and pickling. We’ll talk about the science behind pickling and the key elements to making pickles taste great and last on the shelf or in your pantry as long as you expect (unless someone eats them first!). I’ll also touch on what to look for to know when it is no longer good.
This session is free and in person.
