Nan’s toast is nothing without this delectable jam.  Anchored in tradition, our Chef has made this “more gourmet” than any usual Wild Blueberry Raspberry jam.   We put it on warmed scones and on top of ice cream as well as in a blueberry crust for salmon.   Made with simple ingredients, it is high in fibre and is suitable for gluten free and vegan diets.
