We are proud of what we prepare for our guests. Chef Bernice and the culinary team take great care and pride in creating food that is a little upscale from the usual traditional Newfoundland fare and local offerings. We use local seasonal fish and lobster, fresh veggies and herbs from the garden in our dishes. We also serve great coffee and specialty coffees. So be sure to ask Jillian for a Nutella or Peppermint Patty latte!
